Shipping & Returns
Domestic (within Australia) Shipping Policy

We offer standard shipping for all domestic orders. Shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout and will vary on the weight of the products. Free shipping is available on all orders over $199AUD.
All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days and will take 4-7 business days for delivery.

International shipping policy
​
We offer international shipping to most locations around the world. All orders will be processed within 1 business day and most international orders will take approx. 7-35 business days for delivery. Free shipping is available on all orders over $249AUD. All customs duties to be covered by the purchaser.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. All orders (except Logitech improvement spring separately) come with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@CustomSimShop.com with your name and order number, and we will look it up for you.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping cost (buyers expense)
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@CustomSimShop.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We also offer a 90-day exchange policy, if the product has sustained damage or if a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done, you are entitled to a refund for the goods.

Customer Care
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.
This is when the item:
• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• is unsafe
• is significantly different from the sample or description
• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase – e.g. your receipt

Custom Sim Shop will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.
